The Herman residence is a custom new construction home currently in the framing stage in Maryville, Tennessee. Blalock & Murray is managing the build from the ground up, and these progress photos document the structural and mechanical rough-in phase — the work that happens behind the walls before finishes ever begin.
The open floor plan and vaulted ceiling system are already evident in the framing, giving a clear picture of the scale and layout taking shape. HVAC ductwork has been rough-in in coordination with the framing phase, ensuring mechanical systems are properly positioned before walls close in. Getting this stage right is what makes everything downstream go smoothly.
